CAT TRAP NEUTER AND RETURN PROGRAM:

FHS Animal Services officers educate the public about Trap, Neuter, and Return when they can. They sometimes even provide trapping and transportation for the cats.

Trap, Neuter, and Return – TNR as it’s typically called – is the only humane and effective way to reduce population numbers. Let our highly trained team help educate you today as to all the many benefits of feral/community cat population control in your neighborhood.
Feral cats must come in a trap or they will not be accepted. This is to ensure the safety of our medical staff. Each cat will receive spay/neuter service, mandatory ear notch, rabies and FVRCP vaccines. Additional services, such as FELV/FIV testing may be purchased additionally.
Flagler Humane Society will also be holding walk-in monthly feral cat clinics every last Sunday of the month to the first 30 cats to show up. Drop off times are 8am-9am. There is no limit on how many you can bring.

Appointments for feral TNR surgeries can also be made with our front office for Tuesdays (limit 2 cats per person) only 4 slots available.
